UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld.counsel for the petitioner was granted two weeks time as last chance for filing affidavit of dasti regarding the unserved respondents. Ld.counsel has not filed an affidavit of dasti service. However, Ld.counsel seeks fresh dasti against all the unserved respondents. In the light of the earlier order directing the petitioner to file affidavit of dasti service as against the unserved respondent, I am not inclined to order fresh dasti in the absence of an affidavit stating fate of earlier dasti ordered. Hence, place the matter before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for appropriate orders for non-prosecution of the unserved respondents.
