SLP(C) No. 35969 of 2009 before the Registrar's Court on 5th May, 2010, when the

following order was passed:-

"Nobody is present for the petitioner. Issue fresh notice to unserved respondents. Dasti is allowed. List again on 2.8.2010."

It is submitted that there are 66 respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Nishe Rajen Shonker, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 2, 4 to

38, 40 to 66 are represented through Mr. Sureshan P., Advocate. In respect of Respondent Nos. 3 and 39, neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received back so far.

SLP(C) No. 22491 of 2012

The matter above mentioned was listed with before the Hon'ble Court on 9th August, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No. 35969 of 2009."

It is submitted that there is sole respondent. Show cause notice has been issued to sole Respondent but neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing

notice has been received back so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with

this Office Report.
