By order dated 18.10.2010 this case was also ordered to be listed along with other cases before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for orders for non prosecution of the unserved respondents. Thereafter, I.A. No.2 for impleadment was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. The Hon'ble Chamber Judge had ordered to list it along with the SLP. It is seen that this has been listed before the Registrar's Court instead of listing along with other SLPs before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders on non prosecution. List accordingly.
