UPON hearing Petitioner-in-person the Court made the following ORDER We have heard Shri Dipankar Dey, who is the Petitioner, who
has appeared in person and perused the material on record.
We dispose of this Writ Petition reserving liberty to the petitioner herein to make a representation to the Railways Secretary, as well as the Finance Secretary, Government of India ventilating the grievances that he has in the matter of implementation of the GST Act by the Railways and also to explain the loss caused on account of the manner of implementation of the said Act by the Railways.
It is needless to observe that if such representations are the concerned Secretaries shall consider the same in a cordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India as a Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
