"SLP(C) No. 491/2015
The office report is that the Ld. Counsel for the respondents has already filed the counter affidavit. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.
SLP(C) No. 492/2015
The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the sole respondent, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

The respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
