UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The office report indicates that the Learned counsel for the served respondents in 12479, 12453, 12455, 16876, 16883, 16877, 20882/2014, 12452, 12454, 16792-16806, 16887, 16888, 16884-16886, 16882, 16880, 20870, 20871-20874, 20879, 20880-20881, 20890, 20891, 20892, 20895, 20896, 20897, 20898, 20901, 20904, 20906, 20920, ITEM NO.54 4 20925, 20926, 20929/2014 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated in the order dated 5.2.2015 of this Court. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the respondents in SLP(C) Nos. 12472, 16797, 16802, 16804, 16794-16795, 16793, 16810, 16842, 16844, 16845, 16846, 16847, 16848, 16849, 16850, 20854, 20855, 20864, 20862-20863, 20856, 20865-20869, 20893, 20894, 20907, 20913, 20924, 20928/ 2014 to file the counter affidavit. The Learned counsel in SLP(C) Nos. 16808-16820, 16821-16840 and 26914-26918/2014 have stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to them. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The Ld. Counsel shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. Mr. Debasis Misra, Ld.Counsel shall comply with the terms of the Order dated 5.2.2015 of this Court within a period of four weeks, as last chance whereafter no further extension shall be given. The office report indicates that Mr. Ajay Chaudhary, Ld.Counsel has filed a letter for withdrawal of I.A. Nos. 21-26 (i.e. I.A. for Impleadment) and Mr.G.K. Bansal, Ld. Counsel has filed an I.A for impleadment. The same shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of ITEM NO.54 5
which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above. The service position in each petition shall be detailed in the next office report. List again on 4.8.2015.
