UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

This petition is directed against order dated 4.4.2012 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, whereby the revision filed by the petitioners was partly allowed and the direction given by the District Consumer Forum for replacing the vehicle which was affirmed by the State Commission was substituted with a direction for replacement of the chasis. The petitioners have also filed an application for condonation of 129 days' delay.

After arguing the case for some time and realising that the Court is not inclined to entertain the special leave petition, learned counsel for the petitioners made a request that her client may be permitted to withdraw the special leave petition.

The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the special leave petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
