UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The respondent Nos.1,6,8,19,21,28,30 & 34 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. The respondent Nos.4,5,7,12,14,15,23,25,27,29 & 32 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four

weeks. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2,7,10, 13,14,16, 18, 20,22,24,31 & 33, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos.3,9,11,17, 26 & 35.
Ld.counsel for the respondent No.37 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks file the vakalatnama failing which the counter affidavit filed by him shall be taken off the record.
List the matter again on 14.10.2015.
