Learned Counsel representing the States of Uttarakhand and Kerala, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and the Union of India have stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to them so far. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for the said respondents within a period of one week and file proof. The respondents shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
