The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 14.10.2015, with office report dated 13.10.2015, when the following order was passed:

"Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of respondent Nos.3,17, 21 26 & 35 within four weeks.

The respondent Nos.7 & 25 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent No.9 is directed to serve the copy of the counter affidavit on the respondent No.15 within one week and file proof.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.37 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks file the vakalatnama failing which the counter affidavit filed by him shall be taken off the record. List the matter again on 12.01.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. P.V. Yogeswaran, Ms. D. Bharathi Reddy and Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, Advocates have filed filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 20, 28 and 29 respectively (copy of the counter affidavits have been included in the paper book). M/s. K.J. John and Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Advocates has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 7 and 17 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for respondent no. 37 has not filed vakalatnama so far.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service of notice on the unserved respondent nos. 3, 11, 26 & 35.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 11, 26 and 35.

The writ petition above-mentioend listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
