The respondent Nos.7 & 25 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent No.9 is directed to serve the copy of the counter affidavit ON the respondent No.15 within one week and file proof.
Ld.counsel for the respondent No.37 has already filed the counter affidavit but he has failed to file the vakalatnama. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks file the vakalatnama failing which the counter affidavit filed by him shall be taken off the record.
List the matter again on 12.01.2016.
