UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Perused the letter circulated by the learned counsel for Respondent No.4, in SLP(C) No.8620/2017, seeking time to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit, if any.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

In case, Land Acquisition Collector does not file the affidavit furnishing the information sought by this Court in the order dated 28.10.2016, in SLP(C) No.30803/2016, he shall be personally present before this Court on the next date of hearing.

Delay in filing the special leave petition, in Diary No.17581/2017, is condoned.
