UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

In respect of respondent Nos.4 & 7, I.A. for substitution has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.3,5,6,9,10 & 11, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per District Court report in respect of respondent Nos.2(i) to 2(iii) "Left the address". Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
