As per the office report service is incomplete on Respondent Nos.2-3 and 5-17. Respondent Nos. 1 and 17 seeks time for filing counter affidavit. In the meanwhile, an I.A. has been filed to discharge of the Ld.counsel who is appearing for respondent No.1. The application for discharge is served on Mr.Mushtaq Ahmed in open Court. He seeks time for filing reply.

Hon'ble Court has by order dated 8.05.2012 has directed to list matter in 2nd weeks of August. Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules with an office report clarifying the service position. The served respondents may file their counter affidavit in the meanwhile.
