In this application (I.A.No.1/2012) filed by the

respondent No.1, reespondent wants his earlier Advocate-on-Record Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad to be discharged from the case as the respondent has now engaged Mr. Lakshmi Raman Singh as the advocate on record, who has put his appearance. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed, Advocate has taken time to file reply to this application way back in August, 2012 but no reply is filed so far.

In view thereof, the prayer made in this behalf is allowed. Mr. Mushtaw Ahmed, Advocate is discharged from the Advocate on Record for the respondent No.1. He is also not present in the Court today.
