UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Service is complete upon respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 and 9, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Notice could not be served to Respondent Nos. 2 and 6 as <table><tbody>★************************************ $\frac{7488}{4}$ petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the above respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within a period of two weeks.

However, Mr. Somesh Chandra Jha, Ld. Advocate-on-Record undertakes to appear for Respondent No. 2. He seeks and is given two weeks' time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Ld. counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of pleadings to the said respondent within one week after filing the vakalatnama.

Await return of service of notice already issued to Respondent Nos. 7 and 8.

List again on 23.03.2020.
