Issue notice returnable on 30th January, 2015.

By way of an interim relief, it is directed that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2 crores (Rupees Two Crores) with Respondent No.1, on or before 14th December, 2014. On that condition, the petitioner shall also be heard by the Special Bench of the Appellate Tribunal at its sitting to be held at Bangalore.
