The request for further grant of time is rejected. Item No.41 -2- Respondent No.7 is reported to be duly and properly served but no one has put appearance on his behalf. Service report in respect of respondent Nos.5, 6, 9, 11 and 12 is awaited from the concerned District Court. Reminder be issued. The learned counsel for respondent No.3 to cure the defects in the vakalatnama as pointed out on the last date itself. Respondent Nos.2 and 4 are reported to be duly and properly served but no one has put appearance on their behalf. Respondent No.8 is granted three weeks' time, as a final chance, for filing counter affidavit on record. The learned counsel for respondent No.9 to cure the defects in the vakalatnama as pointed out in the office report viz., of affixing the requisite court fee of Rs.8/-. On behalf of respondent No.10, the learned Advocate, Mr.Pratap Shankar, appearing on behalf of Mr. Neeraj Shekhar, Advocate-on-Record has accepted notice and undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit by the next date. Four weeks' time is granted. SLP(C) No.40014/2012 Respondent No.1 has failed to file counter affidavit within the time granted by the Court.
