Service report in respect of respondent Nos.1, 6 and 11 is awaited. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 to rectify the office objection as regards the vakalatnama, as pointed out in the office report i.e., non-fixing of the stamp, by the next date.

Respondent Nos.2 and 4 are reported to be duly and properly served through post but none appeared nor any steps have been taken on their behalf.
