The matters above-mentioned have been filed by M/s Venkat Palwai Law Associates, Advocates on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Judgment and Order dated 8th September, 2011 of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P. No. 16343 of 2009, 5721 of 2010, 18914 of 2009 and 1578 of 2010 respectively. There is a delay of 338, 288, 348, and 253 days in filing and 798, 860, 798 and 887 days in refiling the SLPs respectively.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition © No. 2949 of 2014 @ SLP © CC No. 9846 of 2013 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th January, 2014 along with other connected matters when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP © Nos.16551-16555 of 2012 and the same are pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 13th January, 2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is sfurther ubmitted that Office Report on Default was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 4th August, 2015 when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:-

"One week's time is granted for serving the caveator. Further opportunity for filing additional documents is declined. List the matter before the Court."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioers has on 13th August, 2015 filed Proof of Service on M/s Suresh A. Shroff & Co./ Caveator in SLP © CC No. 4287 of 2015 and Mr. Punit D. Tyagi, Advocate/Caveator in SLP © CC No. 4300 of 2015 which shows that copy of the SLP Paper Books have been served on the Caveators.

It is further submitted that the Counsel for the Petitioners has not filed required documents as per their letter of Undertaking dated 25th February, 2015 in all the matters mentioned above so far.

It is again submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for amendment of cause title in SLP © CC No. 4440 of 2015 praying for replacing the State of Andhra Pradesh with State of Telangana.

It is lastly submitted that SLP © CC Nos. 4287, 4300 and 4440 of 2015 have been tagged with SLP © CC No. 4242 of 2015 as all are arising out of common order.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
