SLP (C) NOS. 39498 OF 2013 , 2479 & 2941 OF 2014,:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy of the SLP in the above matters. Fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved sole respondent in all these matters on 5 th May, 2015 through registered A.D. Post. A.D. Cards have been received from the respondent but no one has entered appearance in these matters so far. Service of notice is complete in these matters.

SLP (C) NOS. 13390, 33108, 39486, 39487, 39497 OF 2013, 2481, 2939, 2940, 2943, 2944, 2945, 2949, 2950 OF 2014:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy of the SLP in the above matters. Fresh show cause notice was issued to all unserved respondents in all these matters on 5 th May, 2015 through registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from the respondents so far.

SLP (C) NOS. 39489, 39492, 39494 OF 2013:

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy of the SLP in the above matters Fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in these matters on 5 th May, 2015 by registered A.D. Post. A.D. Cards have been received back from the respondent No. 2 in all these matters but no one has entered appearance so far.

Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from respondent No. 3 so far.

It is further submitted that service of notice of is already complete in the remaining matters.
