The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. Pawan Shree Agrawal, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgment and Final Order dated 7th August, 2015 in CWP Nos. 25128 of 2014 and 24097 of 2014 respectively. There is delay of 5 days in refiling the SLP (C) No. 34949 of 2015 and 11 days in refiling the SLP (C) No. 35091 of 2015 and the same has been condoned by the competent authority.

It is submitted that SLP (C) No. 34949 of 2015 and SLP (C) No. 35091 of 2015 hasve been tagged with SLP (C) No. 34918 of 2015 as all the matters are arising out of common relied upon order.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 9th December, 2015 and 14th December, 2015 given letters in both the matters with regard to the defects pointed out by the Registry stating therein that in the main SLP (C) 33695 of 2015 contains all the necessary annexures and therefore the aforesaid orders etc. are not necessary for the adjudication of the present case or required and the same will be produced if needed by the Hon'ble Court a the time of hearing. Copies of the letters are included at Page No. 118 and 119 of SLP paper books.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 15th Day of December, 2015.
