"Ld. Counsel, Mr. K.K. Mahalik appearing on behalf of Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocateonrecord appears for respondent no.1. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks time.

Fresh steps in respect of respondent no.2 have not been taken despite last opportunity having been granted.

Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

It is submitted that Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1 so far. Though he has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of both the Respondents in connected matters.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps for effecting service of notice on Respondent No.2 so far.

The Office Report for Directions is listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChambers for orders.
