In C.A. No. 5815 of 2023
1. As per the office report, Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was sent to the High Court in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 through registered A.D. but the service of notice upon them is still awaited. However, Mr. Ashok Bannidinni, Advocate undertakes to enter appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 (Sri A. Manju) . Counter affidavit, if any, on behalf of respondent No. 1 be filed within two weeks.
2. Post this matter for hearing on 19.01.2024. Service be completed in the meanwhile.
In C.A. No. 5871 of 2023
1. As per the office report, Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was sent to the High Court in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 6 through registered A.D. post. The service report is however,

still awaited from the High Court. As per the office report, the appellants have not filed a statement of case as per Order XIX, Rule 32(1) (2) of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013. Since the same is not mandatory, it is hereby dispensed with. Mr. Arunava Mukherjee has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Counter affidavit, if any, on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be filed within two weeks.
2. Post this matter for hearing on 19.01.2024. Service be completed in the meanwhile.

1. As per the office report, respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6 have been duly served. Notice was sent to respondent Nos. 3 and 7, but neither A.D. card nor unserved cover was received back. As per the Tracking Report, notice could not be delivered to respondent No. 4 as the addressee could not be located. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the correct and complete address of unserved respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 7 within a period of two weeks whereupon fresh notices be issued to these respondents.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 5 have been duly served but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them. As per the tracking report, the notice sent to respondent No. 3 could not be delivered

as "the addressee could not be located". Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the complete and fresh addresses of unserved respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 whereupon fresh notice be issued to the said respondents.
2. Mr. Ashok Bannidinni, Advocate undertakes to enter appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 (A. Manju). Counter affidavit, if any, on behalf of respondent No. 1 be filed within a period of two weeks.
