UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A. No. 7052/2022

Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Respondent No.3 has already submitted that he does not wish to file the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 have been deleted. Despite service of notice on respondent No. 5, there is no appearance.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

C.A. No. 8983/2022 and 8422/2022

Respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent No.2 has been deleted from the array of parties. Hence, the matters be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

C.A. No. 4970/2023

In terms of Hon'ble Court order dated 25.7.23, Ld. Counsel for appellant has not filed spare copies in respect of sole respondent.

However, sole respondent is Respondent No.1 in the main matter i.e. C.A. No. 7052/2022 and is common and duly represented therein. Hence, service is deemed complete and the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

C.A. No. 4608/2023

As per tracking report, notice has been returned with remarks "Notice left without instructions" However both Respondents are common in main matter i.e C.A 7052/2022 and Respondent No.1 is duly represented therein. Service is deemed complete. Respondent No. 2 is deleted vide Hon'ble Judge in chamber order dated 3.1.2022 Court. Hence the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

C.A. No. 1346/2023

As per tracking report, notice in respect of sole respondent has been returned with remarks "Notice left without instructions" However. Sole respondent is common respondent as respondent No. 1 in main matter i.e C.A 7052/2022 and duly represented therein. Service is deemed complete. Hence the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
