The Writ Petitions alongwith applications above mentioned were listed before Hon'ble Court on 14.09.2016 with office report dated 10.09.2016 alongwith Special Leave Petition (C) No. 691 of 2009, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"It is submitted by Mr. Chaepat Aryama Sundaram, learned senior counsel appearing for the Animal Welfare Board that he has filed a module which is in pursuance of the order dated 20.07.2016."

Let a copy of the same be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for various parties.

Let the matter be listed on 4.10.2016. I.A. No. 4 in W.P. (C) No. 599/2015 List the I.A. on 20.10.2016."

This Writ Petition was subsequently "mentioned" before the Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Taken on Board. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to replace Page No. 19 of the Writ Petition. Page No. 19 of the Writ Petition is allowed to be replaced."

Pursuant to aforesaid order, it is submitted that Mr. V. K. Biju, Advocate has on 20.09.2016 filed Page No. 19 of the Writ Petition for replacement, after serving its copy on respondents. Accordingly, the same has been replaced in original as well as in paper books.

It is submitted that Ms. Sujeeta Srivastava, Advocate has on 30.09.2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance in this matter on behalf of Respondent No. 6, i.e. Major Gen. (Dr.) R. M. Kharab, AVSM, (Retd.), Chairman, Animal Welfare Board of India and Respondent No. 10 viz, Animal Welfare Board of India, through its Chairman.

The Writ Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
