UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard on IA.

This is an application made by the appellant (M/s. Jones Foundations Pvt. Ltd.) seeking extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.1.2016 and 6.4.2016 to deposit 5% of the total project cost. According to learned counsel, the appellant though could deposit part of the amount but could not deposit a sum of Rs. 3.5 crores. The appellant has, therefore, prayed for extension of time to deposit balance sum amounting to Rs. 3.5 crores. DEEPAK MANSUKHANI Signature Not Verified

Keeping in view the averments made in the application and the previous orders passed by the regular Bench, we are inclined to grant last indulgence to the appellant to deposit balance sum of Rs. 3.5 crores within a period of two weeks from today.

We make it clear that, in the event of non-compliance of this order, appropriate adverse order would be passed against the appellant for non-compliance of the orders dated 22.1.2016 and this order.

IA No. 4/2016 stand accordingly disposed of.

List the appeal before the regular Bench immediately after summer vacation.
