"Post again on Wednesday i.e. the 6th April, 2016. Needful shall be done by learned counsel for the parties in terms of our Order dated 22.1.2016, if already not done. Objections to all the pending I.As. be filed by learned counsel for the opposite.
Mr. Vijay Panjawani, learned counsel for the CPCB shall file a copy of the report submitted by the NGT in this Court with a copy to learned counsel for the opposite. A Copy of the said report may be also be uploaded on the website."
Civil Appeal Nos. 11191120/2016
It is submitted that Mr. Vijay Panjwani, Advocate has on 10.3.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Central Pollution Control Board and he has on 15.3.2016 filed Report of the Expert Committee Constituted by the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi alongwith letter dated 14.3.2016 stating therein that the said Report has been uploaded on the website of CPCB. (Copy of report and letter is circulated herewith).
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Appellant has also not filed proof of service of notice after effecting service on standing counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu/Respondent No. 3 so far. Mr. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit. No one has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1/Union of India. Service of notice in the matter is incomplete against respondent No.3**.**
Civil Appeal No.71937194/2015 and 71917192/2015
It is submitted that there are nine respondents in all the appeals. M/s. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, Rahul Pratap, Rakesh K. Sharma and Rajesh Kumar, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 respectively. Mr. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, Advocate for respondent No. 1 has filed counter affidavit but Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 6have not filed counter affidavit so far. Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 3, 5 and 7 to 9.
Civil Appeal Nos. 1384413845/2015 and 1384213843/2015
It is submitted that there are nine respondents in the matters. M/s. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas and Rajesh Kumar, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of common respondent Nos. 2 and 5. Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 has filed counter affidavit but Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 so far. Service of show cause notice in the matters is incomplete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and 6 to 9.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate for Appellant has on 2.4.2016 filed affidavit regarding handing over the possession of flats in Civil Appeal Nos. 1384413845 of 2015. (Copy of the same is circulated herewith).
Civil Appeal No. 9108/2015
It is submitted that there are nine respondents in the matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, Advocate and also filed reply affidavit. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 9. Service of notice in the matter is incomplete on respondent Nos. 2 to 9.
Civil Appeal No. 5618/2015
It is submitted that there are nine respondents in the matter. Mrs. TVS Raghvendra Sreyas, M/s. Rakesh K. Sharma, Rajesh Kumar and Mrs. Rohini Musa, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondents Nos. 1, 4 and 5, 6 and 8 and 9 respectively. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 has already filed counter affidavit but rest of the counsel have not filed counter affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 7 so far. Service in the matter is complete.
It is lastly submitted that Mr. D.L. Chidananda, Advocate for Appellant has on 4.4.2016 filed affidavit in compliance of order dated 22.1.2016 but he has not served the copies of the same on M/s. Rakesh K. Sharma, Rajesh Kumar and Ms. Rohini Musa, Advocates for respondents. (Copy of the same is circulated herewith).
It is lastly submitted that no one has filed any reply/objection on pending I.As so far.
