Respondents to file their counter affidavits within four |
weeks finally, if not, already filed.
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Reply to all the pending applications shall also be filed by the respondents.
Civil Appeal No. 7191-7192 of 2015:
Ms. Kiran Suri, learned senior counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to our Order dated 22.01.2016 passed in Civil Appeal No. D 37397 of 2015, Government of India have filed a composite affidavit, which affidavit may be also treated as an affidavit filed on behalf of the Government of India in all connected matters. She further states that she does not propose to file any further affidavit in response to the said petition. Copies of the composite affidavit shall be served upon learned counsel for the parties in connected matters. Learned counsel for the parties shall have four weeks' time to file their reply to the composite affidavit.
Learned counsel for the appellant points out that although the Committee has up-loaded the report prepared by it and also provided hard copies to the parties concerned. The report is deficient in many respects and inasmuch some of the pages appear to be missing from the up-loaded version as also hard copy given to them. Mr. Vijay Panjwani, learned counsel appearing for CPCB undertake to look into the matter and remove the deficiencies. The parties are free to file their response to the report.
Civil Appeal Nos. 7193-7194 of 2016:
Time for making the deposit in terms of our Order dated 22.01.2016 is extended by another six weeks finally.
