UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Civil Appeals No. 9124-9125 of 2015:

Mr. S.Guru Krishna Kumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw these petitions. The civil appeals are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Civil Appeal No. D 7588 of 2016:

Mr. Amit Chadha, learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal reserving liberty for the appellant to approach the National Green Tribunal for such redress as may be legally permissible. The civil appeal is dismissed with the liberty prayed for. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion as to the merits of any of the contentions that may be urged before the National Green Tribunal. We leave it open to the NGT whether any relief can or cannot be granted to the applicant in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case. No costs.
