The matters above mentioned have been filed under section 22 of National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 against the Judgment and order dated 7th July, 2015 and 1st September, 2015 of the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, in Original Application No. 37 of 2015 and in Review Application No. 20 of 2015 in Original Application No. 37 of 2015.

It is submitted that Civil Appeal No. 5618 of 2015 arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27th July, 2015 and Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. (Copy of record of proceedings dated 2772015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Registry has pointed out that copy of order dated 27.6.2013 is required to be field. In this regard Advocate has filed letter dated 16.9.2015, stating therein that the said order is not necessary. (Copy of letter dated 16.9.2015 is included in the paper book at page No. 425).

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
