UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Facing the difficulty that the order impugned has been passed Learned Single Judge, against which an appeal can be the preferred before the Division Bench of the High Court, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw application for permission to file Special Leave Petitions with liberty to approach the Division Bench of the High Court for appropriate relief.
In view of above, I.A.No. 91309 of 2023 for permission to file Special Leave Petitions is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
