It is further submitted that A.D. cards duly signed have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 5, 17, 20, 21, 22 and 26, but no Vakalatnama/appearances have been filed, so far.
Neither A.D. cards nor unserved cover containing the notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13. 18, 19, 27 and 31.
Hence, service of notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 9. 10, 12, 13. 18, 19, 26, 27 and 31.
The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for Orders.
