The Petitions abovementioned have been filed by Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, Advocate on 4.11.2015 against the Final Judgment and order dated 21.09.2015 and 30.10.2015 of High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Regular First Appeal No. 36/2006 and in S.B. Civil Misc. Application No. 141/2015 in S.B. Civil First Appeal No. 36/2006.

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has filed one application for permission to file SLP against two CC Nos. He has also filed application for substitution to bring on record the LR's of deceased petitioner and another for condonation of delay in filing substitution application which is barred by 367 days.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed Special Leave Petition within time but after curing the defects on refiling of the Special Leave Petition is barred by time by 32 days.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
