UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
T.P.(C) NO.162-169/2024
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application seeking withdrawal of Transfer petition but the same is defective. Defects be cured within two weeks. If defects are cured within the time granted, process the same for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
If defects are not cured within the time granted, list again on 21.04.2025.

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit. It has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 that a fresh counter affidavit has been filed yesterday and a prayer has been made that the same be taken on record in place of the earlier one. Registry to do the needful and update the records, in light of the submission of the ld. Counsel. Let submission as above be taken on record.
Service is complete on respondent nos. 2 to 5 but none has entered appearance.
Respondent nos.6 and 7 are granted four weeks' time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.
At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
