Ld. Counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 3 on the last date of hearing has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit. However, service is complete on said respondent, but none has entered appearance.

It has been submitted by Mr. Rohit Amit Sthalekar, Ld. Counsel that inadvertently he has appeared for Respondent No.3 on the last date of hearing while he is representing only Respondent Nos. 6 and 7. Let the submission be taken on record.
