The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23rd October, 2013 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Appeal No. 1728 and 1729 of 2013.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 297 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and 237 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition. The total delay is of 534 days.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
