The matter above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 29th June, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 9 th December, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.A. No. 1507 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 114 & 275 days in filing and refiling the special leave petition and counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special leave petition and refiling Special Leave Petition.

It is also submitted that CC Nos. 17131-17132 of 2015 filed against order dated 23rd October, 2013 in W.P. No. 1728 of 2013. (referred to on page Nos. 4-7 of SLP paper-books) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th April, 2016 and counsel has not filed additional documents in view of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 13th April, 2016. (A copy of Record of proceeding dated 13.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has on 6 th July, 2016 filed additional documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents and the same is being circulated herewith.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
