HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KURIAN JOSEPH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMITAVA ROY

For Petitioner(s) Mr. Romy Chacko, AOR

For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file special leave petition(s) is granted. Delay condoned.

Admittedly, the petitioners were not eligible to apply for the post of Non Vocatinal Teacher as per Rules. There is no challenge to the Rules prior to the selection or prior to the application. The challenge has been laid only after the petitioners have lost in the selection on account of application of the Rules.

In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. Digitally signed by NARENDRA PRASAD Date: 2018.01.16 Signature Not Verified
