It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the final Judgment and order dated 18th February, 2014 of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in ITTA No. 50 of 2014 and is barred by time by 84 days. The Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition. Counsel for the Petitioner has also filed Application for condonation of delay in refiling Special Leave Petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 70 days.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 11139 of 2014 @ C.C. No. 6186 of 2014 entitled "CITXIII vs RAJINDER KUMAR" arising from a common followed judgment which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st April, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 21st April, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
