UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on the respondents in SLP(C) Nos. 24362-24363/2013, 14698, 26781, 26649, 26780 and 30639/2014.

Counter affidavit has yet not been filed by the sole respondent in SLP(C) Nos.24747, 24750, 29246 and 24748/2014. One more opportunity is requested. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. However, it shall be the last opportunity.

Counter affidavit is also required in SLP(C) Nos. 24749, 24879/2014 and 30611/2014. Be filed within four weeks.

In SLP(C) No.36797/2014, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is still to file the spare copy to effect service on the sole respondent.

List all the matters again on 31.3.2015.
