The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice was issued to all the Respondents through Registered Post A.D. There are 3 Respondents in SLP(Crl.)No. 200 & 201 of 2016 and 5 Respondents in SLP(Crl.)No. 202 of 2016. Respondents Nos. 1 to 3 are common Respondents in each SLPs.

A.D. Card duly signed has been received back in respect of Respondent No.4 in SLP(Crl.)No. 202 of 2016 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on his behalf.

Unserved covers have been received back in respect of :-

1. Common Respondent No.1 in all SLPs with postal remarks "Addressee left". Thereafter Respondent No.1 sent his new fresh address, notice was sent to that address but no return of service on that address also.

2. Common Respondent No.2 in all SLPs with postal remarks "insufficient Address".

3. Respondent No.5 in SLP(Crl.)No. 202 of 2016 with postal remarks "Party left".

No return of service in respect Respondent No.3 notice issued to Respondent No.3 common in all SLPs.

Thereafter, Court of Registrar vide its order dated 19.04.2016 & 14.07.2016 directed Counsel for the Petitioner to take fresh steps for service of notice in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5 but Counsel for the Petitioner has neither taken any fresh steps for service on Respondent No.3 nor file fresh particular of Respondent Nos. 1,2 & 5.

Subsequently, the matters above-mentioned were lastly listed before the Court of Registrar on 24.08.2016 when the following order was passed:

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take appropriate steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. "

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, Counsel for the Petitioner after the expiry of the stipulated time filed a letter furnishing therewith fresh address of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 5 and stating therein that Respondent No.2 viz. Syed Aziz Ali has died.

Office report for directions in the matters above-mentioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
