It is submitted that Mr.Siddharth, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 26.8.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 20.5.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 6337 and 6340 of 2013 (O&M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 1 namely Shri Ram Mehar in RFA No. 6337/2013 and petitioner No. 1 namely Smt. Ramkali in RFA No. 6340/2013 which is barred by time by 858 and 371 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that originally Special Leave Petition was within time but there is a delay of 32 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 3337883/2016 @ CC No. 2156368/2016 Entitled DILBAGH SINGH AND ORS ETC ETC vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ANR ETC ETC as both are arising out of common followed Judgment .

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
