But now, Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that the respondent No.1 is alive and she is going to file Panchnama along with an affidavit in this regard. Ld.counsel may file it within four weeks. SLP(C) No. 34609/2014 Ms.Pragya Baghel, Ld.counsel shall comply the order dated 24.08.2016 of this Court within four weeks as last chance. SLP(C) No. 34849/2014 Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the proof of dasti service in respect of the respondent No.2 which shows that respondent No.2 has died and on his behalf, his family members received the notice. But now, Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that the respondent No.2 is alive and she is going to file Panchnama along with an affidavit in this regard. Ld.counsel may file it within four weeks. SLP(C) No. 34915/2014 Await the return of service of notice already issued to the Lrs. Of deceased respondent No.5. SLP(C) No. 35071/2014 Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1(a-d), but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Await the return of service of notice already issued to the respondent No.1(e). Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3 has already filed the vakalatnama which is defective as the names do not tally.
