UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Mr.K.Rajeev,Ld.counsel shall cure the defects within four weeks in the I.A. for intervention file by him.

Ms.Pratibha Jain, Ld.counsel shall clarify her status in the vakalatnama filed by her as it is not clear.

Mr.Pratibha Jain,Ld.counsel shall furnish the details of the Lrs. Of deceased respondent No.1 to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within two weeks as last chance and the Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the I.A. for substitution to bring on record the lrs. Of the deceased respondent No.1 within four weeks thereafter.
