Respondent No. 1 has died. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall, within a period of four weeks, file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said respondent. Ld.counsel for the respondent No. 1. has already filed the vakalatnama which is found to be defective. Ld.counsel shall rectify the defects within a period of four weeks.
