It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Vipin Kumar Jai, Advocate on 03.11.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.07.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RA No. 280 of 2015 (O & M).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.23754 of 2012 Entitled Oasis International Pvt. Ltd. Versus Haryana Urban Dev. Authority & Ors. between same parties challenging the order in main case was disposed of on 16.04.2015 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 16.04.2015 is annexed as Annexure P17 at page nos.127129in the paper books).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 01.12.2015 filed application for permission to file additional documents alongwith Annexure P19. The same is registered as I.A. No. 1 and separate paper books are being circulated with this office report.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
