It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate on 02.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 20.05.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 742 of 1985 (O & M) barred by time by 562 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and taking additional document on record and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.
It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.9571 @ CC No. 5767 of 2016 Entitled State Of Haryana & Ors. Versus Khem Chand Saini & Ors. arising out of common Order was directed on 04.04.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 04.04.2016 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) D. No. 10812 of 2015 Entitled State Of Haryana & Ors Versus
Maharana Pratap Charitable Trust (Regd) & Anr. arising out of common Judgment was granted on 14.05.2015 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as Civil Appeal No. 4835 of 2015 and is pending (Copy of order dated 14.05.2015 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 11.04.2016 filed the copy of award dated 06.01.1986 as per his undertaking letter dated 19.03.2016 and the same is included in the paper books.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
