Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent. Ms.Pratibha Jain,Ld.counsel shall provide the particulars of the lrs. Of the deceased respondent No.1 to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks. List the matter again on 29.10.2015.
