The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed thus, all these matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones get ready.

The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the appearing respondents have already filed the counter affidavit. Service is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. In all the matters numbered above, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the Ld.counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioners within the period provided above.

The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the deceased respondent Nos.1 & 5. which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects whatever have been found in the said application.

SLP(C) Nos.34855 & 35071/2014

The office report is that the respondent No.1 has died. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondent.

SLP(C) No.34311/2014

Ld.counsel for the respondent has stated that he has already filed the counter affidavit. Registry shall verify the position and report accordingly.
